Return & Cancellation Policy
At Nature Beez, we care deeply about your baby’s safety and comfort. As our products are baby care and hygiene essentials, we follow a strict policy to ensure every order is delivered safely and hygienically.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
We do not usually accept changes once an order has been placed. However, if you contact us within 24 hours, we may be able to update your order details or delivery address. Such changes are at the sole discretion of Nature Beez.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. To request a cancellation, please email us at care@naturebeez.com with your name, order number, order date, and mobile number. Our team (available Monday–Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM) will confirm the cancellation.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Once your cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be credited back to your original mode of payment.
- This process generally takes 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
- You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.
Return & Exchange Policy
General Returns & Exchanges
For safety and hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted once a product has been delivered in good condition. Please review your order carefully before purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take utmost care to deliver your products safely. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or damage in transit, we will arrange a replacement. To help us assist you quickly:
- Report the issue on the same day of delivery.
- Provide an unboxing video or clear photographs of the damaged/defective item and packaging.
- If the package appears tampered, please reject the delivery at once. Complaints for tampered packages cannot be processed once accepted.
Out of Stock Items
All products displayed on our website are kept in stock. In the rare event an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you within 72 hours. You may choose to cancel the order for an immediate full refund.
