Shipping & Delivery Policy

How long will it take to ship & deliver my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, unless there is an address discrepancy or delivery coverage issue.

• Domestic Orders: Delivered within 5–7 business days from dispatch.
• International Orders: Delivered within 7–11 business days from dispatch.

How much will shipping cost?

• Domestic Orders: Free shipping on all orders above ₹399. Displayed product prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
• International Orders: Customs Duty, Import Duty, VAT, or other applicable taxes at the destination are the consignee’s responsibility. These are not included in our shipping charges. If such charges are refused by the consignee, the return shipping and duty costs will be deducted from the refund.

Can I change the shipping address?

Yes, address changes can be requested by emailing us at care@naturebeez.com within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

What if I am not home when the package is delivered?

Our delivery partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your package. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address including zip code and mobile number. Orders returned to us due to failed delivery attempts may incur re-shipping charges.
